We recommend that you avoid any Laptop or device that offers a free upgrade to Windows 10. Customers purchasing devices loaded with either Windows 7 or 8 with the option to upgrade to Windows 10 are finding this difficult.

Microsoft no longer offers Windows 10 as a free upgrade therefore, it is down to the device manufacturer or supplier depending on who is promoting the upgrade offer to supply Windows 10.
